What is your return policy for skates?
You can return unused skates in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns on skates that have been used outdoors or show signs of wear.

How often should I replace my skate wheels and bearings?

Are the skates pre-assembled when they arrive?
